PRAYER'S OF DISTRICT

A very Happy New Year update!!!

Thank the Lord I get to start the New Year with great news. We were at MD Anderson today (12/31) for all the final tests results and my doctors stated the following:

1) It is definitely only stage #1 Follicular Lymphoma cancer- which is very good and NOT stage 3 or 4, that they were concerned about. Though not curable, they assure us it is very treatable, because it was caught so early.

2) The cancer is only in the area where they did the biopsy and not anywhere else. Even my bone marrow is cancer free.

3) I start Chemotherapy next month and will only need a few sessions and not 6 months as they first thought. Also the type of chemo I will have has very few side effects and I get to keep all my hair, what little I have left.

4) Some of the enlarged lymphoids in the area where they found the cancer, have already started to appear smaller since the surgery. VERY GOOD!!

Thank you for your overwhelming generosity, support and prayers.  Your thoughtfulness has been such a blessing to my family and I, the mere words "thank you" seem so inadequate.

We are so blessed to be loved by so many, God Bless you and a very Happy New Year!!!
